A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,
A precious moment with that friend.

Often enjoyed by my family.

Cashew Chicken or Turkey Salad

1 can Turkey or 2 cans Chicken, drained
1 C. chopped Celery
½ tsp. dry Ranch Dressing
1 C. Mayonnaise
1 C. chopped Cashews
¼ tsp. Pepper
Salt to taste

Combine and serve on warm rolls.
