A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,

Sausage Gravy

3 Tbsp. Butter
¼ C. Flour
3 C. Milk
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
1 lb. Sausage, cooked

Melt butter. Add flour and cook 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened.
