6 C. boiling Water
1 C. Farina (cream of wheat)
1/3 C. Dry Milk
½ C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
¼ tsp. Almond Extract (opt)
Combine first 5 ingredients stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Add eggs and continue stirring over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and add vanilla and almond flavorings.
