3 Egg Yolks
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
1/8 tsp. Salt
½ C. Sugar
½ tsp. Vanilla
2 C. Heavy Cream
3 Egg Whites
1 Pie Crust
Cream first 6 ingredients. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks and fold into mixture. Pour into pie crust and bake at 450’ for 10 minutes, then at 325’ for 25 minutes.
