4 Eggs
2/3 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Milk
1/3 C. melted Butter
3 ½ C. Flour
3 tsp. Baking Powder
¾ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
Combine first 4 ingredients. Sift in remaining ingredients. Roll dough to ½” and cut into donuts. Let rest 15 minutes before deep frying.
