A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.

Whipped Topping

6 Tbsp. Dry Milk
1 C. boiling Water
2 Tbsp. Gelatin
2 Tbsp. cold Water
2-4 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Dissolve milk in hot water and gelatin in cold water. Combine and chill 4 hours. Add sugar and vanilla and whip to stiff peaks.
