A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.

Pie Crust

3 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Sugar
1 C. Shortening
1 Egg
½ C. Milk

Sift first 3 ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add egg and milk and chill 30 minutes before rolling. Store in freezer for up to 3 weeks.
