2 Celery Stalks, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 ½ lbs. Broccoli, steamed & blended
2 C. Water
1 can Chicken Broth + enough water to make 2 ½ C.
¾ tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
Dash Nutmeg
½ C. Whipping Cream
Grated Cheese for garnish
Saute’ celery and onion in butter. Add flour. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Do not boil.
