1 ½ lbs. cubed Chicken
1 C. chopped Celery
½ C. crushed Cashews
¼ C. chopped Onion
½ C. shredded Cheese
½ C. Mayonnaise
1/3 C. Honey Mustard
1 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
Combine first 5 ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over first mixture. Serve as tortilla or lettuce wraps or in pitas.
