A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,
A precious moment with that friend.

Cheese Sauce

2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 C. Milk
½ - 1 C. shredded Cheese

Melt butter. Add flour and cook 2 minutes. Add milk and cheese and simmer until thickened.
