Breakfast Casserole

1 pkg. Tator Tots
1 C. cooked Sausage or Bacon, crumbled
½ C. minced Onion
½ C. minced Pepper
1 C. shredded Cheese
1 dozen Eggs

Layer all ingredients and pour eggs over top. Bake at 350’ for 40 minutes.
