1 Onion, diced
1 Carrot, diced
2 Celery Stalks, diced
4 Tbsp. Butter
¾ C. Flour
2 C. Milk
4 C. Half and Half
1 pkg. Cream Cheese
1 ½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 head Cauliflower, chopped
Parmesan
Saute’ first 3 ingredients in butter. Add flour. Once cooked, add milks and cheese. Simmer and add salt and pepper and steamed cauliflower.
Sprinkle with parmesan before serving.
