A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,

Sour Cream Raspberry Pancakes

2 Eggs
1 ½ C. Milk
1 C. Sour Cream
1/3 C. Butter
2 C. Flour
¼ C. Sugar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
1 C. Raspberries

Combine first 4 ingredients. Sift in next 4 ingredients, then fold in raspberries. Griddle.
