Blintze Pancakes

1 C. Sour Cream
1 C. Cottage Cheese
4 Eggs
1 C. Flour
1 Tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Salt

Combine first 3 ingredients. Sift in remaining ingredients and griddle.
