A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,

Stuffed Mushrooms

1 lb. Mushrooms
1 lb. Sausage
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Parsley
1 ½ C. shredded Cheese

Remove stems from mushrooms and saute’ with sausage Add remaining ingredients and fill mushroom caps with mixture. Bake at 350’ for 20 minutes.
