Apple Cake

Apple Cake #1

1 C. Flour
1 C. Sugar
¼ C. Butter
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ C. Nuts (opt)
2 C. diced Apples

Combine and bake at 350’ for 20 minutes.


Apple Cake #2

3 Eggs
1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1 can Apple Pie Filling

Topping
1/3 C. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Fold ingredients together pour into cake pan. Sprinkle topping on and bake at 325’ for 40-50 minutes
