Pineapple Zucchini Bread

3 Eggs
1 C. Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 C. shredded Zucchini
1 C. chopped Nuts (opt)
1 C. Raisins (opt)
1 C. Crushed Pineapple
3 C. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Cinnamon
¾ tsp. nutmeg

Combine first seven ingredients. Combine remaining ingredients and add to wet mixture. Place in four loaf pans and bake at 350’ for one hour.
