A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,
A precious moment with that friend.

Peanut Butter Cookies

1 C. Peanut Butter
1 cube Butter
½ C. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
2 ½ C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder

Cream first 4 ingredients and sift in dry ingredients. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350’ for 15 minutes.
