Chicken Nuggets

½ C. Flour
¼ C. Cornstarch
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¾ C. Cold Water
Salt and Pepper
Chicken chunks

Combine all ingredients except chicken to make a thin batter. Dip chicken into batter and deep fry 3-5 minutes.
