3 C. Wheat Flour
½ tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking Powder
1 C. Milk
1 Egg
¾ - 1 C. Honey or Molasses
Combine wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350’ for one hour.
Variations: Add 1 C. of any of the following and bake as normal:
Bananas (add 1 tsp. Vanilla)
Pumpkin (add 1 tsp. Cinnamon and ¼ tsp. Nutmeg)
Zucchini (add 1 tsp. Cinnamon)
Nuts, raisins, and chocolate chips (these should measure ½-¾ C.)
