A most delightful recipe.

Sunshine Squares

4 envelopes unflavored Gelatin
¾ C. Pineapple Juice
1 C. boiling Water
¼ C. Sugar
1 C. Orange Juice

Soften gelatin in pineapple juice. Add water and stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and chill. Cut into squares when firm.
