A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,

Potato Chip Cookies

½ C. Sugar
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cubes Butter
½ C. Flour
½ C. crushed Potato Chips

Cream first 3 ingredients. Add flour and chips. Roll into 1’ balls and flatten with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350’ for 10 minutes.
