Maid Service Pancakes or Waffles

6 Eggs
1 qt. Buttermilk
¼ C. Oil
1 C. Evaporated Milk
2 Tbsp. Yeast
4 C. Wheat Flour
2 Tbsp. Baking Powder
2 Tbsp. Baking Soda
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt

Combine and griddle. Refrigerate leftover batter up to one week.
