Hot Cocoa Mixes

Hot Chocolate Mix #1

15 C. Dry Milk
1 C. Cocoa Powder
1 ½ C. Sugar
1 ½ tsp. Salt

Combine and store in airtight container. To make, add ½ C. mix to 1 C. hot water and stir.


Hot Chocolate Mix #2

8 C. Dry Milk
¾ C. Sugar
1 C. Cocoa Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
6 oz. Dry Coffee Creamer

Sift ingredients and store in airtight container. To make, stir 1/3 C. mix with 1 C. hot water.
