A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,
A precious moment with that friend.

Fruit Sauce

3-4 Pears. Apples, or Peaches, diced
1 C. Honey
1 ½ tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Butter
½ tsp. Orange Zest
½ tsp. Cinnamon

Combine and simmer until fruit is tender. Serve over ice cream or French toast.
