2 lbs. fresh Mushrooms
½ C. Flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Water
1 tsp. Oil
1 ½ C. Bread Crumbs
Combine flour, salt and pepper and roll mushrooms in mixture. Combine eggs, water and oil. Dip mushrooms in egg mixture, then roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry or pan fry until golden brown.
