A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,

Cream Cheese Mints

3-3 ½ C. Powdered Sugar
3 oz. Cream Cheese
½ tsp. Peppermint Extract
Food Coloring

Combine and knead until sugar is incorporated. Roll into ½” balls and flatten slightly. Store in refrigerator.
