A lovely friend once gave to me,
A most delightful recipe.
Each time I use it I feel I spend,
A precious moment with that friend.

Corn Dogs

1 ½ C. Pancake Mix
½ C. Corn Meal
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Egg
1 ¼ C. Evaporated Milk
1 pkg. Hot Dogs
8 Popsicle Sticks

Combine first 5 ingredients. Insert sticks into hotdogs and dip into batter. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes.
