2 ½ C. shredded Chicken
2 C. cooked Rice
2 C. chopped Celery
1 C. chopped Cashews
1 C. halved Grapes
Combine.
Dressing
½ C. Mayonnaise
¾ C. plain Yogurt
½ tsp. Ginger
5 tsp. Curry Powder
1 Tbsp. Honey
Zest and juice from 1 Lime
Combine and mix with chicken.
