Pumpkin Pie Filling

6 Eggs
1 large can Pumpkin
1 ½ C. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ginger
¼ tsp. Cloves
2 cans Evaporated Milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into 3 uncooked pie crusts. Bake at 425’ for 15 minutes, then at 350’ for 30 minutes.
