1 ½ C. Broccoli, chopped
¼ C. diced Celery
¼ C. chopped Onion
1 C. Chicken Broth
2 C. Milk
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
¼ tsp. Salt and Pepper
¼ C. Swiss Cheese, shredded
Boil veggies and broth until veggies are tender. Combine remaining ingredients and add to broth and simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
