A most delightful recipe.

Oatmeal Pancakes

2 C. Quick Oats
1 ½ C. Milk
½ C. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Pwder
2 Eggs
Dash Salt
¼ tsp. Cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and griddle.
