½ C. White Flour
¾ C. Wheat Flour
1 C. Quick Oats
½ tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
¾ C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Butter
1/3 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
¼ C. Buttermilk
Combine first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir in flour mixture and shape into 1” balls. Flatten with fork and bake at 350’ for 12 minutes.
